Our restaurants serve hearth-baked pizzas and piadines, our specialty. Piadines are flatbreads baked and topped with a variety of cool salads, folded and eaten as sandwiches. Pastas, soups, salads, appetizers, and Italian-inspired desserts round out our extensive menu. Seasonal ingredients make our menu fresh, and our doughs, sauces, dressings, and desserts are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients and our own recipes.

A wide array of beverages are offered, including locally roasted coffees, teas, lemonade blends, fruity Italian-style sodas and soft drinks. We also offer wines that are handpicked to complement our seasonal menu items, our own red and white sangria, and bottled and draft beers.
