The Special Thing About Our March Special
This month's featured dish was created by Chef Humberto Agustin from our Walnut Creek restaurant! Chef Agustin has been a member of the Tomatina team for 17 years and was the winner of the 2017 Tomatina Cooking Challenge for his Linguine Pesto. His dish features fennel sausage, asparagus, medley cherry tomatoes, and creamy basil-pesto sauce for a seasonal and bold dish.
