LARGE PARTY RESERVATIONS
Tomatina gladly accepts reservations for parties with 20 or more guests. The maximum number of guests for a reservation is 35. If you are interested in renting the entire restaurant, or have a greater number of guests than our maximum, please contact the catering team directly.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS
For large party reservations we do have a food and beverage minimum that must be met. This is a pre-tax minimum. However, all food and beverages purchased during the reservation will count towards the minimum.
Reservations are scheduled for a two hour time frame. If you would like more time, please let us know when inquiring about your reservation. This may not be possible if there are reservations following yours or may require an additional fee. Typically we find that with the pre ordering of food, two hours is ample time for socializing and celebration. Upon arrival, beverage orders are taken by our server(s). Shortly after, we begin bringing out the food by course. Typically salads and appetizers first, followed by pizzas, pastas, entrées and our signature piadine.
All reservation inquiries must be made a minimum of seven days prior to your desired date. In order to secure your reservation we require a deposit equal to 50% of the minimum spend. This will be applied to your event on the day of. If the minimum is not met at the end of the reservation, the remaining balance will be added to the final bill. The deposit is fully refundable up until 72 hours prior to your event. All menu items and guest count must be finalized 72 hours prior to your reservation. If you do need to cancel between 72 and 24 hours of your reservation, you may apply your deposit to a future reservation. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hour’s notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
The menu must be predetermined using our catering menu. We require family style or buffet service for large parties. If you are interested in plated meals, please discuss with the catering team directly.
We offer very flexible beverage options. For example, you may limit your guests to just nonalcoholic drinks, just beer and wine, or allow them to choose whatever they wish. Feel free to let us know what works for your group and your budget.
An 18% service charge will be added to all large party reservations. The service charge is based on the final food and beverage total. Additional gratuity is accepted. CORKAGE AND CAKE FEE Our corkage fee is $15 per 750ml bottle of wine. If you choose to bring in outside dessert, we charge a fee of $1 per person.
LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM
You may use any accumulated Loyalty Rewards towards your event. You can also earn Rewards during the event as well.
